You think like chez that China's government is better than ours?

I didn't say it's better...just different. And what counts is how happy the people are. I see unhappy people both in China and the USA.

The happiest people I've met were in Cuba. Don't have much but are still happy.

Wrong then, today's update:

MADISON, Wis. — The final Wisconsin county submitted its canvassed vote totals to the state elections commission on Tuesday morning, starting the clock for President Donald Trump to file for a recount as he has promised supporters he would.

The canvassed totals show Democrat Joe Biden beat Trump by about 20,600 votes, which is a roughly six-tenths of a point margin — close enough for Trump to file for a recount.

He has until 5 p.m. on Wednesday to submit the $7.9 million estimated cost for a statewide recount and other required paperwork.

Will Trump put up or shut up?

You ought to provide the link to confirm your quote is the truth and not made up.

I have read some Kierkegaard, but I certainly don't claim to be an expert. That's why I was looking forward to you walking me through the arguments. You brought up the issue. Are you now abandoning it? Because it sure seems to me, and probably everyone else, that this is just more of your endless stream of bullshit.
Andrew brought up Kierkegaard.  You're not paying attention, again.

I believe Kierkegaard spoke of truth and Truth.  Of which are you referring too?

Now, why don't you address Kierkegaard's thoughts on Truth and truth?  You brought it up. Surely you can enlighten us.

One of my sister's best friends was Cuban.  She hated Castro.  He took away everything. Their happiness, their home, their business, their freedom, their country.  They had to leave the country of their birth which they loved because he took everything.

You're again confused and you sir are not paying attention. You were not asked who brought up Kierkegaard. You were asked to comment on the comment you made, you can't.
This is exactly what YOU were asked and I doubt an answer is possible: Now, why don't you address Kierkegaard's thoughts on Truth and truth?

Your lack of acceptance of the truth, or examples of providing them. Case in point, well beyond the untruth that "all prints are 300dpi", what you posted today about isolation; not a fact, a figment of your imagination. This is absolutely not true or factual: Untrue and untrue. That's just one example I'm referring to that you may or may not believe Kierkegaard spoke of when being fooled.
Why are you hung up on 300dpi for prints?  Who cares if some are more.  Most aren't according to Kodak Digitizing.  I'm not an expert at these things, just repeating what I learned.  If they're wrong, or my point isn;t clear, that doesn't make me a liar.  I'm trusting they know more than I do about these things.  If there are some instances where the dpi is greater, fine.  Just spell it out.  Calling me a liar is just a personal attack not called for.

Most printed images are printed at 300 DPI. That means if you're scanning your image at 300 DPI, you're getting all of the details out of the image that you possibly can. If you scan the image at more than 300 DPI, you're trying to get more details out of the image than it has.

When I was young I stayed at a commune that was mainly US draft dodgers, escaping the US. The majority of these people stayed and became Canadian. They had to leave their country of birth which they loved.

And you didn't realize they were talking about scanning a 4x6 print? Let's look at the two concluding paragraphs:

"So what happens when you scan an image that’s bigger than 4x6? Well, it depends. Was the picture printed at a non-standard resolution? Was it higher or lower than 300 DPI? How big is the image?"

"Basically, to scan an image isn’t as straightforward a process as you might think. At KODAK Digitizing, we specialize in digitization, meaning we use the most ideal resolution for every single image, every time. You don’t need to do any math, because we do all of the hard work for you."

Well, they could have stayed, developed bone spurs, and became president of the US.

I knew a Cuban family who moved to Canada. Mother and kids love it here, father missed Cuba and went back. The daughter said that she was glad not to see Castro and lizards anymore.

My understanding is it doesn't make a difference whether its 4x6 or 8x10.  It's still recorded in 300dpi so scanning at 300dpi is acceptable.  If on the rare occasion it's higher than that, then sure.  Scan at a higher resolution.  But for the most part it's not required.  But whether that's true or not true does not make me a liar as Andrew always complains about.  I could be wrong or maybe misinterpreted the instructions.  Or my advice may be limited to normal circumstances.  But we don't go around here on this forum calling people liars as he's been doing constantly.  There are rules against personal attacks.

More facts you often don't have a clue you know what you are talking about!
I care that much of your writing and understanding is flawed and worse, your inability to learn and accept facts. Again it is why so many, so often do not take you anywhere as seriously as you take yourself.
“Smart people learn from their mistakes. But the real sharp ones learn from the mistakes of others.” ― Brandon Mull, Fablehaven
BTW; did I call you a Liar or you have a guilty conscience?
I did call Trump a liar; that too is a fact.

The loser loses again, minutes ago:
Pennsylvania supreme court deals Trump campaign another defeat

The Guardian’s Sam Levine reports on the Trump campaign’s legal efforts in Pennsylvania:
Philadelphia election officials did not improperly block Donald Trump’s campaign from observing the counting of mail-in ballots, the Pennsylvania supreme court ruled 5-2 on Tuesday, a major blow to the president’s already flailing legal efforts.
The decision is significant because one of the Trump campaign’s loudest claims since the election has been that they were improperly blocked from observing the counting of ballots in Philadelphia.
While campaign observers were always allowed to observe, the campaign alleged they were being kept too far from the counting - about 15-18 feet - to make any meaningful observation. It secured a court order in the days after election day requiring Philadelphia officials to let observers within 6 feet.
But the Pennsylvania supreme court reversed that decision on Tuesday, noting that Pennsylvania law gives Philadelphia election officials wide discretion to decide the rules around observers.

Who is calling who a Liar in the forums, then accusing others of breaking forum rules or edicts? This is who:

That's a lie.  I never said that.  I wonder what number you're up too?

I have gone back ten pages and haven't seen Andrew call you a liar. He did say that you posted "the untruth that "all prints are 300dpi"". What that means is you are wrong. Big difference between being called a liar and being called someone who is wrong. You frequently assert "untruths". That is why everyone asks you to back up your assertions with a link. Of course no one knows if you are expressing your opinion or asserting a fact. When someone asks you to substantiate your statements, you either tell them it is an opinion and it is impolite and an act of bad faith to ask for substantiation, or like today with me, you tell me it is a statement of facts and you are not going to provide any links. As a result of your behavior, no one believes anything you say. Let me repeat that: As a result of your behavior, no one believes anything you say. And no, I don't expect you to explain Kierkegaard's thoughts on Truth and truth. I don't think you know the slightest thing about Kierkegaard. But that's just my opinion based on your behavior today. All that waffling and deflecting.

North Dakota had the highest COVID-19 mortality rate of any other state or even any other country in the world last week. South Dakota ranked third worst in the world.
Both states also have the lowest rates of face mask use in the nation. However, gun owners in both states can legally carry a firearm while wearing a mask.

Quote
North Dakota, which first hit the top of the FAS global mortality charts last month, tallied 18.2 deaths per million last week, and South Dakota had 17.4 deaths per million, according to the FAS analysis.

“The facts are simple: mask mandates, harsh lockdowns, massive testing and contact tracing haven’t worked — in the United States or abroad,” Noem’s spokesperson Maggie Seidel falsely insisted in an email Monday to The Associated Press. Scientists and medical and public health experts armed with actual evidence strongly disagree.

The University of Washington’s Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation’s  model predicts that under current conditions, total deaths in North Dakota and South Dakota will more than double by March 1. That means more than 3,000 more people are expected to die of COVID-19 by then in the two states with a combined population of fewer than 2 million people.

As of Monday, 749 residents had died of COVID-19 in North Dakota, which has nearly 12,000 active cases. Hospitals are so overwhelmed that they’re allowed to use health care workers who are infected with COVID-19 provided they’re asymptomatic. South Dakota reported 23 new COVID-19 deaths on Sunday after a record daily death toll of 53 the previous day, The Sioux Falls Argus Leader reported. There are more than 18,000 active cases in the state, and, as of Monday, a total of 644 people had died.
