Answer the question...what big changes in your life do you experience every time a new president takes over?
You're wasting my time.  We know where you stand.

I believe Kierkegaard spoke of truth and Truth.  Of which are you referring too?
Your lack of acceptance of the truth, or examples of providing them. Case in point, well beyond the untruth that "all prints are 300dpi", what you posted today about isolation; not a fact, a figment of your imagination. This is absolutely not true or factual:
It's lack of isolation that killing people mainly.
Untrue and untrue. That's just one example I'm referring to that you may or may not believe Kierkegaard spoke of when being fooled.

So you allege it is a statement of facts but can't substantiate any of it. Typical. Factless facts. Whatever pops into your head is a fact.
Which now brings us to this concept many should be able to accept:
"An empty head is not really empty; it is stuffed with rubbish. Hence the difficulty of forcing anything into an empty head." -Eric Hoffer

No, not really. People are just pointing out what bad allies the US are, when the Kurds did a lot of the heavy lifting in fighting ISIS, but are left to twist in the wind when it suits the US.  A lot like the marsh Arabs in Iraq.
ISIS was a threat to them mainly, not us.    We helped them as did other countries.  That doesn't mean we now suddenly are responsible for going against our ally Turkey to help them gain a homeland.  I wish them well and would like to see that.  But they have to work it out on their own and have already made peace with Turkey without our help.  Let the Turks, Kurds, Syrians, and all those other parties work out their own territory problems.  Who are we to decide who is right?  After all, Turkey claims the land as theirs.  Who are we to say the Kurds should have it and the Turks should give it up?  Didn't the British get the asses kicked over there by the Turks in Gallipoli?  You want Americans to even it up for you.  :)  How would you like if I told you Northern Ireland should leave Great Britain and we're going to to war with the English to make sure it happens?

Fact-free zone alert.  No point discussing anything on the internet with someone who just makes stuff up.

Not a single state's votes have been certified yet, so there is nothing to accept yet.
Wrong then, today's update:

MADISON, Wis. — The final Wisconsin county submitted its canvassed vote totals to the state elections commission on Tuesday morning, starting the clock for President Donald Trump to file for a recount as he has promised supporters he would.

The canvassed totals show Democrat Joe Biden beat Trump by about 20,600 votes, which is a roughly six-tenths of a point margin — close enough for Trump to file for a recount.

He has until 5 p.m. on Wednesday to submit the $7.9 million estimated cost for a statewide recount and other required paperwork.

Will Trump put up or shut up?

So if you don't want to play a game, how about showing the factual basis of your so-called statement of facts. You are just dodging and weaving and deflecting because your post was nothing but a mass of unfounded opinion. Which is fine. You are entitled to it. Just don't call it a statement of facts. Call it your opinion and nobody will be impolite or act in bad faith by asking you to substantiate it. The reader can then assign to your opinion whatever weight he deems appropriate.

First you conquer covid, then take Manhattan. Leonard Cohen said something like that.
Rodgers and Hart.  Great song Manhattan
I'll take Manhattan, The Bronx and Staten Island too...

So the hilarity at the circus continues. Rudy Giuliani has now arrived in his clown car and said he will represent Trump in the Pennsylvania case. Of course, the oral arguments are this afternoon. Giuliani has not entered an appearance in federal court since 1992, so he may be a little rusty. He may not actually argue the case himself. He'll probably leave that to Marc Scaringi, Trump's new lawyer, who was appointed last night. He's the one who has had the time to prepare.

News Update: Giuliani is asking Trump for $20,000 a day for his legal acumen.

Sorry its a New York Times scoop.

In the bubble then, today, no different.

There Isn’t a Coronavirus ‘Second Wave’
By Mike Pence
June 16, 2020 1:18 pm ET
In recent days, the media has taken to sounding the alarm bells over a “second wave” of coronavirus infections. Such panic is overblown. Thanks to the leadership of President Trump and the courage and compassion of the American people, our public health system is far stronger than it was four months ago, and we are winning the fight against the invisible enemy.
The media has tried to scare the American people every step of the way, and these grim predictions of a second wave are no different. The truth is, whatever the media says, our whole-of-America approach has been a success. We’ve slowed the spread, we’ve cared for the most vulnerable, we’ve saved lives, and we’ve created a solid foundation for whatever challenges we may face in the future.

Good riddance.

Whoah, that's real money. Of course, billing Trump and getting him to pay are two different things.

Or would Rudy be invoicing the RNC not Trump? Why would they be throwing good money down that drain.

Like I said before, the American election industry is something else. Votes have been counted and they're still at it. Must be a lot of people collecting some big paycheques somewhere or none of this would be happening.

So when are we going to get to read your disquisition on Kierkegaard's thoughts on Truth and truth? I have most of his original works laid out in front of me and was looking forward to you walking me through the arguments.

Since you're an expert, why don't we hear from you?  Andrew hasn't taken me up on the offer.

Of course I have, right here; you ignored or didn't understand what was written.
Have you ever considered why many posting here have failed to take you seriously and posted as such?

I have read some Kierkegaard, but I certainly don't claim to be an expert. That's why I was looking forward to you walking me through the arguments. You brought up the issue. Are you now abandoning it? Because it sure seems to me, and probably everyone else, that this is just more of your endless stream of bullshit.
