Over the past three years, I traveled to all 50 states (plus Washington DC) to take portraits of Americans for a project that I call Neighbors. A few weeks ago, I installed a selection of 86 portraits along a park in the Lower East Side of NYC. You can find them between 1st and 2nd Ave on Houston Street. Stretching over the length of almost two football fields, it's probably the biggest and most viewed exhibition of photography in the US at the moment. The installation will be up until the first week of July.
Is someone still shooting medium format in these parts?
I just shipped off these prints. They were captured with a Phase One XF IQ3 100 or a Horseman 617 cameras.
Aye, in amateur-lurking-only mode though.Mix of digital and analog, all in a Hasselblad 500cm.
