A Gentle Breeze
I see you are trying multiple exposures. For a different look, try to shift the positions while maintaining the same axis point. So the image will rotate and shift ever so slightly without moving sideways or up and down.
Full disclosure: I wasn't intentionally trying to produce a multiple-exposure image. I've been experimenting with focus stacking for a couple of weeks using a recently-acquired macro lens. I wanted to see if I could make a hand-held outdoor shot by cranking out ten fast frames, and still stack them correctly. I was curious whether the dedicated focus-stacking program I've been using (Helicon Focus) could align the frames properly under such trying circumstances. I waited until the air seemed still before pressing the shutter button, but there was still enough breeze to cause enough movement to confuse the software.
It was just a test. However, I liked the effect and my wife gave it her seal of approval, as well, so I decided to post it.
