That's one of the nicer photos of that canyon that I've seen. I love the less-traditional jagged lines you've included. I included some photos that I've taken at a less well-know spot, Maligne Canyon in Jasper National Park, AB.

I'd love to hear any comments...

Yikes. Nothing for the entire month of October? Here's a bit to bring the thread back to life.

I just completed a few more images for my Spring City project and also finished working on a couple other landscapes.

nov01 - Tetanoid.

nov02 - Felter.

nov03 - Septicity.

nov04 - Terrene.

nov05 - Harvest Moon. At 5:35am. The moon was huge this night. Shot in Santa Monica.

nov06 - Santa Monica, Washington Pier at 5am. If you look closely you can see that guy who is actually trespassing on the ladder. That gate isn't supposed to be open either.

nov07 - Last shot is from the Getty Museum. More of an architecture/modern landscape shot. I enjoy photographing locations with people in them and I thought the light was rather interesting here.

They look like half abstract photography at least for me.

Its realy hard to choose just some photos.
I choosed few from my urban exploration/ urban infiltration

one from 120m tall chimney

some from old abandoned buildings of Mental Clinic

and some from abandoned swimming bath

I checked your website and found many really great pictures. I like your style and that places. But I need to say that I dont like your BW , their are to flat for my taste.

thanks for looking.. yea. most of my stuff resides on the opposite end of the contrast/saturation slider from most people... it's not everyone's cup of tea.. but not much i can do about it.. the images are what i see

I dont know..... i think that potential its much bigger and recommend try some other wat of postprocessing.

most of what's on the web of mine are 'sketches'... the images that i sell are traditional platinum over color pigment, and really aren't meant for web presentation.. you really can't replicate the texture and tonal scales from the print on the web satisfactorily.

this is a scan of a final image.. but really doesn't do much unless you view an actual print.

this image look interesting. I never heard about this technique ( traditional platinum over color pigment ), can you please provide me with some good explanation or link ?

Unfortunately as you said, internet cant replicate a full potential of some kinds of photography. Most of the pictures are too small (less then 800p) to show some small details. Imho this mean that many ,,web,, photographers are looking for simple eye caching style.

Anyway, its also a shame as most people in the world will not have a chance to see real prints of somebody from other end of the world.

Btw when you will have some exhibition around central Europe let me know please.

These two I find particularly nice (they're all good) -- the light is just otherworldly. Did you do anything to brighten particular areas, ir was or just that way?

Thanks to all that have posted images -- I'll try to put a few up within the next few days.

I had been in a rut thinking about composition and subject matter. No more, all the shots seen here had merit of their own and a few have thoroughly impressed me.

Again, just enjoying the work of my peers here.
