Trump team, losing more, this just in:
Voters in four states who had brought longshot lawsuits to disrupt President-elect Joe Biden's win and went nowhere in court have dropped their cases Monday morning.
The cases were short-lived in Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania federal courts, and fed into a pro-Trump legal strategy that's almost certain to fail to block Biden's presidential win before the Electoral College formalized it.

And for those who can't believe in actual election certification/massive sensor noise <g>:

As of Friday, the certification deadline had already passed for at least six states, according to a running list by the website Ballotpedia. Several more deadlines are coming up this week, including:

Monday, November 16: Virginia
Tuesday, November 17: Florida
Wednesday, November 18: Massachusetts, Idaho, Arkansas
Friday, November 20: North Dakota, Georgia
Additional certification deadlines for key battleground states are as follows:

Monday, November 23: Pennsylvania, Michigan
Monday, November 30: Arizona

Trump voters, and I'm one, know it's over and have moved on.  Trump's just doing what he usually does to stay in the news and pull people's chains.

Kayleigh McEnany said there were a million Trump supporters at the Million MAGA March on Saturday. They don't seem to have moved on. Some of them were fighting mad. Perhaps your sentiments are not shared by all Trump voters. Perhaps they are even the minority view. 70% of Republicans feel the election was not free and fair.

And where exactly have you and the other Trump supporters you say share your opinion moved on to?

Trump and some Trump voters are doing a lot more damage than that. His chain pulling in terms of not letting the next administration get data that is NOT in the public space on Covid-19 vaccine Distribution alone will cause Americans to die. He doesn't care.

Scott Atlas, everyone's favorite radiologist, and Trump's personal advisor on all things COVID related, not to mention champion of natural herd immunity, has tweeted to the citizens of Michigan this advice following the governor's imposing new lockdown measures in the face of rising COVID case numbers and a 1,000 deaths a week:

"The only way this stops is if people rise up,” Atlas said on Twitter. “You get what you accept. #FreedomMatters #StepUp.”

You may remember Michigan is one of the states in which armed "patriots" got all decked out in camo and invaded the capitol with guns at the ready, and hatched a plot to kidnap and kill the governor. Looks like Scott Atlas is angling for an honorary membership in the Proud Boys, Trump's favorite militia.

Biden carried Michigan by about 150,000 votes. Trump's lawsuits claiming massive voter fraud have been summarily dismissed. Republican leaders in the Michigan legislature have thrown cold water on the idea of electing an alternate slate of pro-Trump electors to thwart the will of the voters.

Meanwhile, everyone in the UK is agog with the news that Kate Middleton's hair is now golden blonde and wavy. Will Meghan be next?

That guy is a moron.

Interesting piece here from a South Dakota covid nurse about covid denial -- how dying patients believe covid is fake news, and they can't have it. They're angry and in denial -- they think they must have lung cancer or some other disease -- even as they're dying.

It’s mid-November. Where is the October surprise? Surely Hunter Biden’s laptop wasn’t the October surprise?

The biggest surprise was the change of Trump's hair to gray. He looks now much more presidential.

Every president’s hair turns gray over the course of his tenure. Like everything else with Trump though, he had to fake it.

I thought Trump didn't do anything regarding the vaccine.

I thought Trump didn't do anything regarding the vaccine.
What you think is often wrong. That idea too. The CDC for example has done a great deal, including recommendations Trump himself has ignored. The Covid task force; ditto. Those who do the good work under Trump, work he pays little if any attention to, can assist the incoming administration which Trump is blocking while playing golf. Do try to examine the facts, connect those dots and see how Trumps childish behavior will cause some of our fellow Americans to die.

Facts, data, news which is not fake:

WASHINGTON — Dr. Anthony Fauci on Monday stressed that he's concerned that the Trump administration has not yet greenlighted the formal transition to the incoming Biden administration, which the infectious disease expert said is key to the quick distribution of a Covid-19 vaccine.

In an interview on NBC's "TODAY" show, host Savannah Guthrie asked Fauci whether he's concerned that the Trump administration has not signed off on the formal transition period for the Biden team.

"Obviously, it's something that we're concerned about," he said. "I mean, as you know, I've served in six administrations, so I've seen a number of transitions and I know that transitions are very important. Hopefully, we'll see that soon."

BTW Alan, by all means, do tell us the justification of Trump NOT allowing those under him to assist the Biden team in a transition even if he actually believes he can stay as President from law suites and the Supreme Court (never of which will happen, even on Planet Trump). Let's say, in the realm of utter fiction, he does stay; what harm is it to allow Biden's team to pretend they will have the White House and help with the virus when they will never do so (all in his mind of course)? Now, what harm does it do blocking this, should, in that rare, rare case, Biden does get to run the Government? Why not err on the side which benefits Americans in either case? It's all fine because all Trump is doing is pulling people's chain, right? No.

On planet Earth, (what on planet Trump/Alan is called 'pulling peoples chains'), such actions Trump is taking has a direct and negative outcome due to a lack of Covid-19 preparedness.
Trump doesn't care if people die due to this lack of preparedness but do you? How is this childish action by Trump acceptable to Republicans or anyone who cares about their fellow humans?

As long as he can stick it to libs/dems it doesn't matter if some little people die in the process.

Trump's team could lose even more, if they want re-counts.

Quote
The Wisconsin Elections Commission said on Monday that a statewide vote recount would cost an estimated $7.9 million, money that President Donald Trump’s campaign would have to pay in advance should it request one.

President-elect Joe Biden won Wisconsin state in the Nov. 3 election by a margin of 0.7 percentage point, or about 20,000 votes, with 99% of ballots counted, according to Edison Research. Under state law, because the margin of Biden’s win was less than 1% but greater than 0.25%, Trump as the second-place finisher has the right to request a recount, but must first pay to cover the expenses of the operation.

All this rugged individualism is going to get some people killed. But at least they have the freedom to assess the risks and make their own decisions about what is best for themselves and their families. The bright side is that 60% of Americans exhibit some common sense. That's actually higher than I may have previously thought.

About 40% of Americans intend to celebrate Thanksgiving with at least 10 people, study finds
