Well I guess my point was accurate then.
Yes, far too often.

Tell you what, Alan, I'll keep quiet about the US if you keep quiet about every country you've lived in for less time than I've lived in the US.

Deal?
No that's OK.  You can keep showing your lack of knowledge of American politics. At least I know when to keep quiet about British politics.

Apparently, Biden is just a feckless with Putin as the PRince who tried to murder Navalny, it seems.  He punishes Putin underlings and lets Putin off the hook, pretty much doing what Trump did.  All of Biden's and the Democrat's accusations about Putin in bed with Trump.  where are the Democrats and the left-wing press now calling for President Biden to be tougher on Putin?  More lies from Biden.
Biden administration sanctions senior Russian officials over Navalny poisoning and imprisonment

If you can find any example of the United States ever directly sanctioning or punishing the head of state or senior royal family member of another country, short of cutting off diplomatic relations; military invasion; staged coup; or assassination attempt, please let me know.

TX in 8 days anyone?

Texas Gov. Abbott announces plan to fully reopen businesses, end state mask mandate

I may have to come and visit again soon, like real soon.  My wife was able to come in January, so let's check the plane tickets.
Here are the states that do not require masks.  13 of 50.

I gave you the opportunity to show your thorough grasp of American politics by providing support for your statement regarding Biden and vaccination. You failed. Maybe you should keep quiet about American politics too?

It was so many Democrats who said they wouldn't vaccinate with "Trump's" vaccine, yet they did.  Including Biden and his wife.  That's hypocrisy.

“I wouldn't hesitate to get the vaccine,” Mr Biden told reporters, saying: “If Fauci, Moderna and Pfizer conclude it's safe and able to be done.”

He added: "The only reason people question the vaccine now is because of Donald Trump."

If we don;t punish leaders of other countries, so why were Democrats and the left wing anti-Trump press so insistent that Trump punish Putin?  Why did they constantly accuse him of being in bed with him, gaining business advantages as the excuse for not punishing him.  You want it both ways.  Now that Biden is doing the same thing as Trump did, you are using the excuse that Biden came up with to justify his lack of action.

Double standard.

If you count only your opinion, then you are unanimous in your conclusion.

Nope!
You know the good part about all those executions in Texas? Fewer Texans. -George Carlin
If George were around, he could modify this with a Covid-19 adjustment.
Again, nope. And I love visiting certain parts of Texas; two of my “boys” were born there.

Another lie from the Democrats - the Dossier.   It was the whole BS Russian connection that caused us to distance ourselves from them creating a phony break.  We should have been working things out with them and using them against China.  So now we shot ourselves in the foot and lost that opportunity.  And Biden will continue to double down on that just to prove his bones with the left.  Morons.

Sometimes you have to look away to move things along, something I forget when dealing with the Mrs.  :)   Just like Trump took a chance with Kim and North Korea.  It stopped them from testing ICBM's and nukes and at least ended movement toward actual war.  I hope after Navalny, Biden does the same with Putin and other cutthroat leaders.  We have to get past domestic politics and do what's in America's interest.

Texas Abbott is trying to outdo Florida's governor.  Are they both running for president in 2024?

Abbott is a joke.  Although I like his policies, the era of sissy Republicans giving into liberal talking points is over.  Romney joked about his injuries over the weekend but it might as well have been true.  Trump, Desantis and Noem are the leaders of the party.  Abbott played it way too safe to get any respect from us.

Just like Trump took a chance with Kim and North Korea.  It stopped them from testing ICBM's

In North Korea, Kim paused missile tests only in 2018 while writing love letters to Trump. In 2019 North Korea had the largest number of successful missile tests ever. They conducted 26 successful missile tests in 2019, nearly as many as 2016 and 2017 combined.

Although Miami may be the best beat insofar as economies, I still cant see myself living there.

Perhaps I just need to give into my Habanos culture a little more and realize all the great USA cigar companies are there.  Even though I prefer Cubans, I can get use to smoking Dominicans, especially the hot ones, but Nicaraguans are like snorting ground pepper.

Well, well, well ...

I always wrote him off as a great con-man who stole amazing software, got us addicted to it, then suddenly became concerned with intellectual property rights after his stuff was the industry standard.  But ...

maybe he does have a brain afterall.

Although ... Bill Gates thinks we should start eating ‘100% synthetic beef’

I'm going to stick to the 100% real beef thank you.

He just doesn't sound all that bright to me. Blaming windmills for the power grid failure was pretty dumb too.

It doesn't seem to move things along here. It only prolongs them unnecessarily.
