I'm sorry,  but if the government can't charge one person at of 500 people with insurrection, then it is not an insurrection. It may be a riot, trespassing, assault, Etc. Those often happen when people demonstrating turn into a mob.   Just like the BLM demonstrations and riots.

The stated purpose of the mob was to prevent the certification of Biden, elected by a large majority in a fraud-free election, as the next president. Explicitly encouraged by Trump. Trying to prevent the duly elected head of state from taking office. And this is not insurrection?

There should have been a public review of her being shot by the police.  Instead, it was secretly reviewed and buried for political reasons by the Democrat administration to show no mistakes on their part.  Can you imagine if she was black and the officer was white instead of the reverse? There would have been a storm of protest for the killing of an unarmed black woman. Instead, the whole world forgot about her.

Three other residents of The Villages, all reportedly registered as Republicans, were arrested last year for allegedly casting ballots in both Florida and their home states.

She was at the wrong place at the wrong time and kind of got what she deserved too.
No one forced her to break the law and storm the capitol, nor pushed her forward into the police who were doing their jobs there, protecting the staff working there during a violent riot.
Those in the unreality bubble and the party of 'law and order' want to make her a martyr.

Did the perpetrator felon who was trying to escape from the police deserve to have been shot (by mistake) instead of tasered and the police found guilty and have to go to jail for years for an accidental killing?   It seems like we have two sets of standards.

They're weren't a mob until they became one.  If they limited their protests to a demonstration, it all would have been perfectly legal, even if Trump encouraged them to demonstrate.  It's when they became a mob and rioted that it became illegal. 

Everyone has a constitutional right to petition the government, march and demonstrate.  It's not up to you to decide who should be allowed or whether the complaints are valid in your opinion.  Your opinion doesn't count.  That's the way freedom of speech works.  You are for freedom of speech, Peter, aren't you?
