Just for anyone's info. I could not start LR Classic v9.3. Recently I have been asked to log in before it would start. Today I got a message that there was a problem, probably at their end and it closed down. I went on Adobe's chat line, and was advised to change my password. This made no difference, so I was transferred to another helper. He asked me to open Creative cloud app, which I did and it accepted my password. I launched LR from there and that was successful. I then closed it down and tried from the icon on my desktop. Success, no log in! Let's hope that continues.
