Hi,
Just for anyone's info. I could not start LR Classic v9.3. Recently I have been asked to log in before it would start. Today I got a message that there was a problem, probably at their end and it closed down. I went on Adobe's chat line, and was advised to change my password. This made no difference, so I was transferred to another helper. He asked me to open Creative cloud app, which I did and it accepted my password. I launched LR from there and that was successful. I then closed it down and tried from the icon on my desktop. Success, no log in! Let's hope that continues.

Are you on Windows or Mac??? It seems that your desktop icon is no longer pointing to the proper app.

Hi Ron,
I am on Windows 10 on a PC. The icon works fine now; I did nothing to it, just opened LR Classic from Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop, as advised by Adobe. Since then using the icon has been back to normal.
