Cuba taught everyone to read at the same time burned books and made it illegal to read books they didn't approve of.  You lost your right of free speech.  If you read books the regime did not approve of, Castro would break your legs.  But that's OK.  After all they would take care of your broken legs with free medical care.

I am just beyond perplexed with how they did not see this coming.  They all, like every single Democrat, tried to siphon Bernie supporters by being Bernie lite, and then they are surprised when Bernie starts winning? 

And on top of that, nearly all of the mainstream media goes light on Dems, protecting all of them, and not asking Bernie a single hard question, so how could you see his support being questioned. 

Even Mit Romney predicted this would happen a couple of weeks after Trump won in 2016.  It was so obvious to see coming.  They bought this ticket, and they get to ride the train straight off a cliff.

You gotta remember, Joe: these are not the brightest bulbs in the room.

Yes, certainly, and just what we need when a communist looks like may be one of the options. 

But then again, Trump could argue that he was right to call for ending relationships with China.  They have handled this horribly and have not been transparent at all.

It was bound to happen given the spread of the Coronavirus and the fact that China is basically shut down.  They are the supply chain for the world...sadly.  I read and article the other day, can't remember where, that said China had stopped export of all n95 masks and had nationalized an American company who made them. 

Its gonna get worse before it gets better, I think.

Look at this footage of people in South Korea in line to buy masks...Im amazed how orderly they are, I suspect it would be a riot in the USA in certain areas.

That's what my son used to listen to when he was a kid. I couldn't stand it.

Fortunately for both of us, I was mostly working in the studio or stuck in a darkroom listening to my own stuff; my wife disliked both our son's crap as well as my kind of music. We had a mutual connection in Sinatra and Jerry Lee Lewis: she liked the latter's C&W material and so did I, though I preferred the early Stones and the Beach Boys and, of course, Chuck most of all.

This race is very quickly going from a referendum on Trump to a referendum on Bernie. 

Even far left wing commentators, like Chris Matthews, are starting to talk about how bad this is. 

Down ballot Dems in purple or weak districts are shaking.  Needing to both defend their impeachment vote and communist Bernie is a giant gift to the republicans.

If you own stock, or a retirement plan, how could you vote for a guy who will make it drop 20-30% when he takes office and lose thousands?  Well, he hasn't won yet.  The insider Dems will screw him out of it at the convention.  Although I don;t know who would take his place?
