All this, and without an iceberg in sight!

Some threads just die, hoist of their own petard; some linger because of inertia. This one lives of desperation.

Absolutely right, Rob. Desperation to find someone, anyone who could beat Trump in November.

You'd think that with all his showbiz connections he'd find some little filly with a riding crop well before November!

Pete's withdrawal is making Biden very gay.
I watched Pete's husband introduce Pete yesterday when he pulled out of the race.  Well, I didn't stay to watch Pete.  In any case, it was the first time I watched and heard Pete's husband.  If Pete had 1/10th the charm and especially the sincerity of his husband, he may still be in the race.  I never believed Pete.  He seemed like a very intelligent debater with no core beliefs other than he wants to be president.

The left eating its own. Chris Matthews of MSNBC groveled as he resigned under fire by the left.

His "guilt"? Paying compliments to what he thought were ladies. Which turned out to be bitches.

Here was his comment.

Bassett recalled Matthews saying things like "Why haven't I fallen in love with you yet?" and other "gross and inappropriate" comments.

That's where he screwed up.  He should have said, "I fell in love with you the first day I met you."  If he said that, he'd still have his job.  :)
Flirting is becoming like film.

Not any more.

If there's to be a reasoned discussion on this topic, it can happen here. If it's to be garbage as has been posted in this thread, it can't.
