The two sites are entirely unconnected.

I think there is plenty of corn here on LuLa as well.   :D

You mean like Rye On The Rocks? I expected it too, but in their new video the three amigos are drinking beer from large Sun King Brewery jugs (unless that's rye in those beer jugs).

Indeed, PhotoPXL.com, Kevin Raber's new photographer's resource site, is up and running! It's filled with articles, news, reviews, tutorials, some great videos, and a host of other content that is making it a great resource for photographer's of all stripes! I'm proud to share my article, Creating Black and White Images with Your iPhone, (https://photopxl.com/creating-black-and-white-images-with-your-iphone/), and look forward to writing other articles in the next few weeks. Awesome site. Check it out! -- Rad

I wish them well. It's not easy to start a new photography website these days.

In other words, the smileys made the world a safer place.

Maybe this is a bit exaggerated.  :o

But it gave some characters a technique  to insult while covering the back.

On the understanding that leopards can't change their spots, why does anyone writing in this thread imagine that wearing a dead sheep's skin will make the same old leopards sound and behave any differently the moment they open their mouths in a field of grazing sheep? Especially when the sheep and the leopards go way back.

If "old" LuLa was considered moribund even during the Raber administration, and little has changed under the new, what is the name of the stupefier thingy that the new, alter LuLa has managed to distil?

Do you realise that making your first post in LuLa nothing short of an advertising blurb has turned you into a shill more rapidly than anyone else has managed to achieve before?

Interesting; I feel congratulations are in order.

I had a little smile to myself just now, thinking of a poster who remarked recently that some people were shitting all over Michael's sitting room.

Must be the new thread for irony.

Rob,

Rad Drew is a respected photographer and someone who had posted articles on LuLa's main site before. Definitely not a newbie.

So what? It remains his first post. And it is nothing but an ad for a competent site. And with the history as-we-know-it, that makes if feel even worse.

Isn't that the case with this whole thread? I've always thought that starting it was in poor taste and a bad forum etiquette.
