I really like this image. Rustic and moody.

Thank you. A village called Church Hanborough a few miles away with an, er, interesting church. Lots of similar places round here. And to answer another comment, yes I am sure those crosses on the house are metal plates to reinforce the building, quite a common sight on the front of very old village houses.

And while Slobodan opts for romance with exoctic locale, I say let's keep the skies moody and moving.

Thanks Slobodan. Tree and cloud; you're just being kind to the newbie. I have plenty of those in stock.  :)

Ok, tree and clouds:

Yuck, Speaking of B movies, you sure like your iphone, no? Seems exactly like a tree in front of a bluescreen with some random background dialed in. A composite background too, because the original sky wasn't desired.

How about some trees, some clouds, and a couple of donkeys?

Regular DSLR, out-of-camera shot, minimally processed. Yellowstone.

Looks like it needs to be well anchored into the rock to resist those prevailing winds. Great shot.

To further annoy opgr with yuck! photos, another tree and clouds, scanned in the early 2000's and processed with then-PS. Saturation comes from Ektachrome VS. Hasselblad.

Nice. Looks like it could have been the cover art of some 70's prog-rock album.  :D

Oh, I see, it must be some kind of DRO setting then. At least , the Sony's and Fuji's have such a setting for in-camera jpg. It sits between normal mode and multishot hdr and looks exactly like some local-contrast setting.
