Let the fawning begin!

I am sure though that within a week serious questions will be asked, such as "is your favorite ice cream flavor still the same as it was a month ago?" or "have you and Jill figured out the Peloton schedule yet?"

You know, serious matters that deserve national attention.

This is nearly as meaningless as Alan's post. Can anyone explain what this was intended to mean?

In the last couple of days, on actual news sites, I saw articles about how Biden's love of ice cream melted into our hearts and how Joe and Jill would often argue over who uses the Peloton when.

You know, all important stuff!

Well actually totally meaningless BS that no one really cares about but since the media insist on never asking tough questions of a Dems, they need to fill the void somehow.

It is obvious we are now looking at 4 years of almost no reporting on the government or Biden.  Just happy go lucky talk like we got during Obama's terms.  It would be nice to get actual reporting on not just Republicans.

Sidney Powell has withdrawn the Georgia lawsuit currently before the US Supreme Court. Presumably she will withdraw the other three as well. I guess she is trying to reduce her exposure in the lawsuit Dominion has brought against her for $1.3 billion in damages. So much for the kraken.

Luckily I can tune in here to get the real facts on non-MD psychologists being embedded into the highest reaches of government.  You know, stuff the fake news won't touch.

He's a politician in a land full of enemies. He's going to screw up, say dumb things, make bad decisions, be overtaken by events. I am certain that you'll pipe up at every real or imagined misstep. Nobody is doing any fawning, what you're witnessing is the mental equivalent of having a boil lanced. It just feels good to have that previous twit gone from the scene.

And if there was any fawning done, the last 4 years of kiss-ass sycophancy was the gold standard on that front.

Oh please. So someone asked a softball question on some show leading up to the inauguration. If you're going to latch onto trivial nonsense like this, you're going to wear yourself out. Save your energy for some real news.

At least he didn't kiss Putin's and Kim Yong-um's asses.

Moral of the story here, Joe, is that you need to upgrade your source material.

I'll admit might be fawning a little but it's just so refreshing having someone who can communicate in a non-ambiguous way in charge. No dog whistles, no made up words, just a clear message of hope. It also helps I'm on board with that message.
It feels like a great weight has been lifted today.

I know this presidency won't be perfect because there is no such thing. But I'm hopeful the flaws will be a bit less vindictive and destructive this time around.

I have no idea why you would want to read articles like that, but it is your time so you can certainly spend it as you wish.

I don't know why you won't be able to find the type of coverage you want to read. Fox News, Newsmax, OAN, Breitbart, Infowars, etc. should have plenty of material for you. Who knows, maybe there will a 24/7 Trump TV channel.

Here's something even Trump supporters can celebrate - the US once again has a president with normal sized hands.

She was so fantastic and beautiful. Garth Brooks' appearance was a nice too and a good gesture.
But Amanda was just so good. Damn!

Democrats and anti-Trump fanatics must be disappointed.  He didn't pardon himself, his family, start a new war or press the nuclear button.  Nor did he crash Air Force 1 into the Capitol.
