Viddler played for a few minutes, then gave me a "Video Forbidden" message, too.

I saw little to differentiate the two streams, other than the Viddler appeared a tad more contrasty.  I didn't view them full screen, due to bandwidth limitations here.

Viddler worked yesterday but the quality (in HD) was abysmal with large compression artefacts. I tried on two Macs with the same results. I immediately tried on Vimeo and everything was smooth, perfect.
Today, Viddler gave me the "Video forbidden" message again.    ???

To me Vimeo appears with better quality than vidderly. I looked at the video with HD on and at a 24" Eizo SX2461W screen.
As usually I appreciate looking in to your website. :)

I am a long time subscriber to LuLa videos and I've spent hundreds of dollars, but the Purple Brain experience is just awful. Previously just download the video, now junk-ware on my computer and endless loops of brain dead software trying to fix itself. Not a good customer experience. I love your videos but my time is more important.

If you contact the help available through Purple, they will guide you through the de-installation.

There is also the option to download the 'basic' mp4 file which can be stored and played in the same way as videos from the legacy store.  Look for the link in your e-mailed receipt.

Hi Chris

Just watched the feed from Vimeo and Viddler.
I thought the feed from Vimeo was clearer and smoother
than the Viddler feed.
Viddler had some artifacting that wasn't apparent in the
Vimeo feed.
Was watching both at full screen.
Nice scenery
