Two from the small local shipyard. All the boats are in drydock for the season, but there are still changes in what can be seen depending on the weather and the light.

Now these are really cool and definitely abstract. They do have a nautical "feel" to them. But they also remind me of veins in the layers of the earth. Of course the red is outlier... and dare I say a warning sign.

That second one is just an utter masterpiece. It has that ethereal sense of movement. People dancing. Maybe it should be called "El Tango" to allude to its origins of ships and sailors...

"El Tango"
Come sway with me
and be alive
slow at first
but then we'll strive
for passion in our lasting dance
of travels and some wild romance
and call home
wherever we arrive

I would have never thought to try something like this without the inspiration of the very artistic and creative photographers on this forum.  Out shooting a sunrise and I just rotate the camera for a few seconds on the tripod.  No big deal.

Really fine, Joseph. I know a photographer that takes images like these and then combines them with bird images in flight.

Neat!
I have no idea what it is. Surely not water.
Please don't give it away!

Though Eric may be right about it not being water, it gives me the feeling one could drown.

You know how on the path of life, no matter what fork in the road you take, what bends appear, you always seem to be connected to some people, no matter what?

Very cool. And a bit creepy.
