Here is a topic about our friends the trees. Some may say "there is already an another thread somewhere in the forum" but I find this other topic not as visible as I wish, thus... this thread.

I think this thread is ok here. The other is too buried inside the forum

I think "trees" deserve the right to be in the "nature and Landscape" forum.

There is absolutely nothing to be gained by having parallel threads, especially when the OP photograph is such a miserable representation of the theme.

You are pretty hard with me !! But be sure I didn't seen the other thread. I think you get a bit too far on this one. But if your are the kind of guy always on "procedures" I asked to remove this thread

Ok, this thread has me looking over my old folders...four more "trees" that I haven't looked at in a while. Each has its own "personality" of course.

I'll play. Here are four. The first two are the same location on different days. They're from the top of Mt Scott in the Wichita Mountains of SW Oklahoma.
#3 is from Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs and the last one is near my house in central Oklahoma.

Very, very, very high level, really a feast for the eye.

P.S. Perhaps in the third one I'd like a bit more space under the tree.
