I find these very successful attempts to bring art to your photos.
For example in #1 I see examples of lines, texture, motion and color (contrasts). I see natural relationships between the parts, foreground, middle and background because the image is tight or not much distance between the elements.
You used the technique of a narrow aperture to get the desired effect or look of the water. Your angle or point of view puts us right into the action of the scene.
I like the way we can see right through the water to the rock underneath (about in the center) Is that correct, are we seeing under the water there? Did you use a polarized filter?
