Enhanced Matte is, IMO, a good choice for proofs and contact sheets on an everyday basis. Not for fineart printing though.
And not to sizes above 16x20", because the 190 gsm isn't sturdy enough for larger sizes. And it's archival quality is doubtful with lots of OBA and non-cotton.
But that's maybe not so important for your purpose? What printer do you use?
When you ask for my fav Matte paper, I can give you a long list, depending on , texture, tone, weight, sizes, cotton or alpha-celloluse etc.
But a better way is to study Neil Enns great list of inkjet papers
