I like the Innova stuff.  Shades of Paper in NJ carries it.  I have the epson enhanced matte but it definitely has a cheaper look compared to the innova.  The innova has a sort of velvet look to it.

Enhanced Matte is, IMO, a good choice for proofs and contact sheets on an everyday basis. Not for fineart printing though.
And not to sizes above 16x20", because the 190 gsm isn't sturdy enough for larger sizes. And it's archival quality is doubtful with lots of OBA and non-cotton.
But that's maybe not so important for your purpose?  What printer do you use?

When you ask for my fav Matte paper, I can give you a long list, depending on , texture, tone, weight, sizes, cotton or alpha-celloluse etc.
But a better way is to study Neil Enns great list of inkjet papers here (http://www.danecreekfolios.com/inkjet-paper-list/)
And ShadesofPaper (http://www.shadesofpaper.com/) have almost everything you want to purchase. Buy a couple of samples packs and test by yourself.

Ditto!

For nice prints, I really like Hahnemuhle offerings (PhotoRag, or more textured ones like Torchon or German Etching) , but the'yre not alone.

I agree with others who have already posted.  Enhanced matte is great for proofing and samples but not for archival use.  It has high OBA content and colors tend to go off fairly quickly.  I do a lot of printing on Museo Portfolio Rag and occasionally use Hahnemuhle Bamboo.

In general, I get my paper from Shades of Paper in NJ (www.shadesofpaper.com). Make sure you call or e-mail them for pricing, they will often have better deals than what shows up on the website.

Alas they don't carry my favourite matte paper, Somerset Museum Rag, so I get that from B&H.
