we always start with medium format and you don't need 20 fps to catch the right look at the right time, in fact learning to anticipate the moment usually has a better result than just holding the button down.

This image was also shot medium format and though I only get one or two frames per attempt, all you actually need is one.

Too right. Too many photographers, it seems these days,  simply engage motordrive and hold shutter button down and hope to get the shot.
Nice pics BTW.

Sounds nice! Does it work with Leaf    ?

Dave,

Sorry for the delay in my reply.  The Kapture Group cable is only meant for the Phase One backs. You can read a bit more about it on our web site.  Jeffrey Totaro has an article explaining how he uses it for long and multiple exposures.

The image was shot with Rz/A75s 110mm/4.0 with the back just few inches above the water surface.
On published commercial images I truly can not post the befores but I will (and did it in past here) on
less important work.
I always get the best MUA money can buy at any location even if the budget is short and part of it has to come from my pocket. On the shot in question there is a body make-up on all exposed skin. It cuts the post 80%.

Mike, Nice shot!  What do you use for the floor surface?  I've tried a number of products from plexiglas to vinyl flooring, epoxy paint etc.  All exhibit a tremendous amount of distortion, the only other method I'm familiar with is a reflecting pond which is quite time consuming.  Do you mind sharing your method?  Thanks, Jim

I'm thinking it is a nicely done scale model considering the rear tire is not sitting totally on the floor.
But I've been wrong so so many times in my life.
