Subtle early morning tones require a dark frame to see properly

Beautifully clean. The dust gives a very special mood!

Thank you, gents, I was a little worried it might be too dark. Printing may be a challenge.

What paper(s) might you choose?

Generally, I use a luster paper, but I might try a matte canvas. Either way, the dark tones will need to be lifted without destroying the mood.

If I were printing this image, I'd opt for Hahnemuhle Fine Arts Baryta or Canson Platine fibre rag.

Bob, can you please elaborate? I've never tried these.

Quite nice. I do find it a little bit dark, but at the same time it conveys that moment when the night transitions to day.

Thanks, Paulo, the darkness was intentional not because I screwed up the exposure :D It was a challenge to process and it will be even more challenging to get it printed appropriately.

They're simply my two top choices for printing images with deep hues. I've used the Canson paper for years, and the Hahnemuhle FAB for the past nine months. HFAB has a bit more texture to its surface, while Platine is more of a luster sheen.

I use the manufacturer's profiles, and print from PS.
