I've been scanning old prints and today I came across what arguably was my first attempt at street photography.
I was a teenager, and hadn't the foggiest idea of what constituted the genre, and I certainly wasn't familiar with the term "street photography." But usually I was obsessed with sharpness and other technical attributes so I must have had
something in mind when I blurred the running figure:

may have been influenced by this.
