Lightroom Classic and Photoshop only recognize Epson Profiles

Thanks guys. I will check with qimage. Thats a good idea. When i open the “other” profiles, all that shows are epson and display drivers. I am waiting for a client call before I call adobe but i will try qimage first.

They are in the correct folder.

The plot sickens. Qimage doesn't see the other profiles either.  I guess I will contact Puget Systems. They built our computers. Thanks McBroom for the suggestion.

It is either your system or where the profile resides but the facts are, the profile itself is fine, at least on my Mac.

You could take a look at the security/permissions of the folder the profiles are in, but I think as long as you could place them there it should be OK.

I'm talking with adobe. One weird thing is both the profiles i added show 0 bytes on my computer. One is innova and one hahnemuhle.

You machine or OS or something is super wonky!

well that was the issue. When I right clicked to install it didn't install properly. doh. I drug it into the folder and that worked. Sorry to take up you guys time. I thought it had to be something simple and it was.

I will say that other than this issue, I LOVE my new computer. It is sooo fast. We got new 100mp cameras and the old computers both said nuh uh on working on those files.

Sharon,  Make sure the driver resides at/in this location:  C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\color
