Thank you Adobe for fine support
« on: June 04, 2021, 06:07:38 am »

I need to compliment their excellent support. I had trouble in updating my Lightroom and end up with Lightroom cloud which is so different from what I used to use and impossible to use. Adobe gave me remort service to untangle my trouble to install classic version. I have never expected this level of support but I was given. It is very refreshing to see this much interest in supporting the customer. I have to give them a big credit. Thank you Adobe.

I should praise when received good support as I register my complaints whe the support was poor or non existent. I am glad someone fron Adobeis watching this forum , it is encouraging! I take this opportunity to express my opinion on LR. I think it is just too complicated and should be simplified. There are three or four routes to do import the files. There should be only one.

Which LR would that be?
And if you think any variation of Lightroom is too complicated, have you looked at Photoshop?  ;D

I do not think I ave guts to come close to PS. I rely more on Capture One  although their customer Suppot has a lot to desire.

Absolutely not. LR is just fine as it is, learn to use it fully, then you'll appreciate it's potential and why "simplifying" it is a very bad idea.

Having options results in complications. I prefer the options thank you very much.
