PS, the economics are pointless if you're dead. Or very, very ill (and have no insurance), or you found out, you infected your 90 year old mother, and she died. As expected, you're only concerned with yourself, even in an analogy with a car crash. If you don't die in that crash, but it was your fault (cause you were drinking), and killed 5 others, of course, as far as you're concerned; no but woop.
Can you tell us if there's anyone besides yourself you actually care about? 
First, I don't drink and drive, and comparing drinking and driving to going out during C-19 is nonsense. You may think that it is best to shut down the world, but real economic damage from it will effect generations. Furthermore, I also do not think forcing 90 year mom into isolation so she can die alone instead of allowing her to have company is really all that nice either.
If safety was truly first, we would not be were we are today. We would still be living in the stone age, since every innovation has brought with it death. Better to just avoid everything then chance it, right?
And yes, there are people I care about, such as my wife, my parents, my in-laws, friends, etc. all of whom (with the exception of my mother in law and brother) feel most of this is uncalled for. I also care for all of the small business owners and those who work for them getting their lives destroyed, right before Christmas, who want to "just make a buck," as my brother put it.
But hey, if you work for Walmart or Target, I guess you're fine, since they are just providing all of the services many small businesses did until just now. How nice of the Dems to give such a wind fall to big business.
