Where are your facts on this? You spew it out as if you know this is true for sure...give us the facts or stop spewing.
I don't spew as some China apologists do.

Apparently Trump is indeed taking it.  The official White House physician, U.S. Navy doctor Sean Conley, sent a memorandum to the president's press secretary confirming that he prescribed it:

Well, I guess I have to accept that, as incredible as it seems to me. I guess it's no more unreal than many things we've seen recently.

What's really interesting is that Pelosi has suggested that he stop taking it, calling Trump "morbidly obese." Since hydroxychloroquine can have bad effects on your heart, and morbidly obese people usually have heart problems, whether they know it or not, it might be a good idea to stay away from that stuff. And she is correct about the obesity thing.

Trump's last physical exam showed that he was in excellent shape. He has also dubbed himself a “very stable genius” on multiple occasions.
During his campaign he produced a letter that said he would be the "healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency".
But the doctor named as its author later said Mr Trump had written the letter himself.

The thing I want to know is, when did it become okay to fat shame people?  Is it now okay to point out Stacy Abrams needs to be lowered by crane into any venue she speaks at?  Is it okay to point out Gov. Pritzker has had one too many Chicago deep dish pizzas?  Take it a step further, is it okay to point out Pelosi's face has had so much plastic surgery that it no longer moves?

Just asking for a friend.

Well no, she was not correct.  Morbid obesity starts at A BMI 0f 40, or 35 if other health factors exist.  Trumps last BMI was 30.4   Are there any honest jounalists out there?

No one is poking fun here...it's a fact that Trump is obese by definition of obese and it's a fact obesity leads to many medical issues including heart problems. In fact, obesity is one of the contributing factors in North America's high cases of diabetes and heart diseases.

What do you find so offensive by this?

Chez, right now is a great time to buy a bridge.  Have you looked at bridge tolls lately?  They are down drastically, and so are the prices of bridges.  I have just the bridge for you!  It connects Brooklyn to Manhattan, and, to be honest, I really need to get this off of my books.  Just send me a cool $100K and it is yours.  When this economy opens up, you can make that back in a day.

LOL, to actually think that that line was not an attack on Trump you either have to be an idiot or an ideologue that's selling something.

Oh, for god's sake, be honest for once. It is not about being called "obese" but being called "morbidly obese." There is a significant difference between the two.

Having said that, I do not object to him being called either. Whether it is factual either way is irrelevant. He is a fair game, given that he opened the gate by calling a certain actress a "fat cow" - which she is, btw - and many other individuals more or less insulting names.

Another tidbit for you Trumplets:

https://www.nbcnews.com/news/world/lancet-rebuts-trump-s-coronavirus-claims-about-who-n1210221

There were several points in the letter, over 2 dozen.  I did not see any rebuke of any of them in that article.  It very much reads like a "orange man bad" so he must be wrong.

Give me specifics Peter.

Sounds like a fair call. I don't know what the "American intelligence community" is, but you need a new one if you didn't see this coming.

Well, calling Biden "Sleepy Joe" is much more disgraceful. Besides, Pelosi said it from a pure Christian love and genuine concern. Didn't she say that she prays every day for Trump?

I don't think that he is morbidly obese (which Web MD defines as have a body mass index of over 40) but after a couple of replies here, I did some research. First, his body mass index was reported by his doctor to be 30.1, which is barely into obese (the next category down is "overweight.) But, that's laughable. For one thing, his height was reported as 6'3". Alex Rodriguez is also reported as 6'3", and in a side-by-side photo, Rodriguez is at least 3-4 inches taller than Trump. His own driver's license says he's 6'2", and since he *never* underestimates his height, I would venture to say he's between 5'11" and 6'1." There was also a report that his weight was 239. That's also laughable. I happen to have a brother who is 6'2" and 240 (just into "obese" on the BMI charts) and he does not look anything like Trump in terms of bulk. There was also a news report back when, shortly after Trump's physical, that said his weight (leaked from the hospital) was actually 289, not 239. That would give him a BMI of 38.1, just short of what most sources consider "morbidly obese."

Pelosi may have been technically incorrect, but not by much.

And she has reason to worry about it -- if Trump has a heart attack and dies, I think the Republicans could come up with a candidate who could beat Joe.

I also find Pelosi's plastic surgery to be mild amusing; she does  have that Frankensteinian glow. I mean, like, STOP. But, take a look at Diane Feinstein, her fellow senator from California. She looks like she's been through a sewing machine, although she's starting to break down again. About time for another quiet trip to LA and a "vacation?" And for Biden's plugs, so what? Trump aside, where vanity actually trips over into a serious pathology, have any recent presidents been short on the vanity scale? Maybe Bush II was relatively modest, but he had a vast amount to be modest about. Nothing modest about Obama, Clinton, or Reagan -- Reagan actually used rouge. I know that, because I once got up to a couple of feet from his face during a campaign stop, and yup, it was rouge. I think he also had some surgery. His neck skin was remarkably tight. I should mention here that I once wrote a non-fiction book on plastic surgery, though I've never had any myself, being a chicken when it comes to being cut upon.)

In my researches, I came across another interesting number. In 2016, the average American male weighed 198 pounds, and the average woman 170. [That'd be about 90 kg and 77 kg, respectively, in Frenchy speak.] Whoa. Don't want to be standing down hill from an American, in case he/she starts to roll. To take this to a photo topic, have you ever noticed how skinny Americans are in WWII photos? I bet the average weight of the American solider was 150-160. I went to Iraq as a reporter during the recent Oil War, and I bet the average American soldier now tips the scale at well over 200.

OMG, you really believe this.   ;D ;D ;D

Joe Biden is finished.  7 points behind on average in every single swing state.

1.  He is senile.  Just look at videos of him 2 years ago vs. now and it is blatantly obvious.

2.  His white knight persona has been shattered by the Tara Reid and Hunter Biden allegations, and it will only get worse.

3.  Obamagate is going to energize the base.

4.  He has consistently praised China, of which his past quotes will be used over and over again in commercials showing dead bodies and refrigerator trucks until the election.

5.  He is the only candidate in modern history that campaigned on center issues during the campaign and then is going far left in the general.  This makes no sense what so ever.  The only reason he won was because they Dems had an "oh shit" moment that Bernie may win and then jumped on Biden, a moderate.  But now,  with him  going far left, he is going to alienate the moderate Dems.

Biden has abandoned his "return to normalcy" campaign to be a far left one during a time when everyone just wants to return to normalcy, which Trump is now campaigning on.

6.  The Dems have pretty much cornered themselves into the party of lockdowns, including Biden (with actual quotes to prove this) with the republicans opening country.

The only way Trump can lose is if deaths skyrocket, the Dems then drop Biden, leap frog over Bernie, pick a moderate and convince mild Trump voters to switch parties.  That ain't happening though.  Keep your hopes up on deaths, but that is the only path to victory for the Dems.

I predict a 50/50 chance CA will turn Red this election.

You really need to be more objective.

Roflmao!  With a mighty wave of his hands John attempts to “set the record correct” using no facts at all and lots of innuendo.  When he can’t find the goods to make his points he just makes them up.  Amazing.

So to be fair, I did go looking for images of Trump and Alex, and you know what, Alex looks so much bigger that Trump.  But then I wondered, how much does perspective have to do with that height discrepancy?  The photos are taken indoors at close range, which make perspective induced height differences even more pronounced.  Photos are tricky things.  And who should know better than folks on a photo forum?  So is it a valid comparison?  I looked even further and compared Trump to Pence.  Trump is substantially taller, and he should be.  But is perspective playing a part here too?  So I looked further.  How about Trump and Obama?  Obama’s last official height was 6’ 1.5”.   I looked at a lot of photos from Trumps inauguration.  Lots of photos of then standing side by side, and most appear to be taken with a long lens which minimizes perspective induced size changes.  It appears a a Trump is a bit taller than Obama, but body position maybe be a factor here as well.  The long and short of it is that the official, height of DJT as listed by his government DR’s is 6”3”.  Any attempt to claim that is false will need to bring better proof the table than Jon’s wild hand waving.

The photo below is just one of many, and the many may offer different judgements, and such is the folly of trying to google photos and make these kinds of judgments.

Yep hard to say Trump is in great physical shape. Love to see a video of him swinging a golf club.

Must be a slow day for you guys to put in so much effort in defending Trump's height. When do you go back to work?
