Most die within 12 months. Radiation kills. Yet it acts to save if applied in smaller doses. Isn't it possible that some form or IR radiation inside the body can topically kill viruses? After all, it kills outside. Isn't it possible that alcohol, one of the very effective antiseptics discussed at the news conference, could be used in the throat to kill viruses. Maybe we should all be rinsing our mouths out three times a day with Listerine Mouthwash which is an antiseptic. Maybe a couple of shots of schnapps a day would help all of us?

Just like when he said Obama was tapping his phone implying the government was spying on him and his campaign which turned out to be true. His words then were twisted to make it seem that he was accusing Obama of actually tapping his phone personally which is not what he meant.
