I was interviewed for VOA - Voice of America in Serbian today. Check at 0:24 mark and again at 1:39. In the first part I said I am killing myself of boredom, watching Netflix and playing on the computer. In the second part I said that I do not believe in what the authorities are doing (curfew) and that I had corona in March, but that was not a big deal.

I think my skeptical face says it all ;)
Nice seeing you in the flesh.   What's with all the graffiti?  What does it say?

Yes, but I don't want Covidiots that think they are immune to death to come near me when I'm out and about. Maybe a cattle prod would do the trick.

Then stay inside.  You're doing it already.

Let me go and enjoy life if you dont want too.

I still go out. Need groceries and drugs. Need exercise etc...

You can enjoy life and still keep your distance.

Alan...you twist everything you want...but this virus is going to kill more people in the USA in 2 months than the flu did in 6 months...and that is with isolation and distancing. One can only imagine if those acts were not put in place. I know you are one stubborn guy, but I think you are smart and only playing stubborn on the net. If you think its less deadly than the flu...tell me do you hide in your house every year during flu season?
No I don't hide out regarding the flu.  I no longer take a flu shot either.  Nor do we shut down the US economy for the flu.  I never said it wasn't serious.  That's why I'm hiding out at home with my wife.  But I think it's important that we look at all aspects.  I like thinking out of the box.  It's too easy to get caught up in fear.  You know there's group think as well as herd resistance.

I don't know how accurate this is, but I also heard that in NYC they are putting those who got this bad on their stomachs in the ICU and it is helping drastically.

Armand, any thoughts?

I'll answer this for factual info.

It's called proning and it's being done in some patients who have very low oxygen levels, despite a lot of ventilator support. It can improve significantly the oxygen levels and increase survival for some. With Covid we started doing it for more patients that are not on ventilator yet, and some get away without a need for a ventilator.
Overall it helps, but it's not a silver bullet.

Three pages too late?  What does that even mean.

The point is that the linked article contains the info you wanted. It's not stale dated because he only replied to you 3 pages "later". Did you go read it? Of course you didn't. You are not here for explanations or understanding, you're just here to drown out information with noise. I assume there are instructions on the Trump Troll FAQ site on how to do this most effectively, along with all the "on message" quotes that you regularly and repeatedly post.

I saw a photo online today of a large trench dug by a bulldozer that New York will be using as a mass grave for all their Covid-19 related unclaimed bodies. Why don't you telephone that bulldozer contractor and ask them how many times he was called out to do this for the flu? We'll wait for your answer.
His explanation of the graph was a day late and dollar too short.  The only reason he gave the information later is because I complained about it and called up its deficiencies.  Otherwise all you people would have gone along with the graph believing the wrong thing. Instead of insulting me, you should thank me for being astute enough to call him on his error.

Can you imagine getting this note on your door? 🚪 📝 This is terrifying that someone is stalking neighbors who has this much hatred, is this hysterical, angry, nosy, rude & leaves threatening notes on the door! I would be so scared of what this LUNATIC would do next! Clearly they need mental help! When I say stay safe this is what I mean stay safe from the crazy lunatics out there who are bullies & think they can enforce tyranny on their neighbors & snitch on them! Disgusting cowards act like this! 👿 Shame on you if you encourage this type of cruel & mean behavior!

So what is wrong with letting business getting back to business?

Nothing as long as we still have distancing methods in place, even at the business, and fines or other persuasive methods to ensure the distancing takes place. Until we are all immune...it is up to everyone to ensure they don't pass on the virus and kill someone.

Here in BC 1 worker in a care home brought the virus into the home and the result is 18 dead. The worker knows who they are and I'm sure is going to be living with this fact for the rest of their life. Not their fault as they did not exhibit any symptoms.

So best practice is to keep away from people when you are out and about...idiots should lose this freedom...simple as that.

Alan I had no problem understanding the graph. It is you who had the problem with your automatic bias on the subject. If you actually looked and studied the graph, you could have saved yourself and your fingers a lot of time and typing. It was very obvious what was being displayed.

I'm with you.

You think I like it when hobbyists come to chat up my ear when I am working.  Fines would be a God send to keep them at bay!   ;)

Yay! More police state! Who wouldn't love that?

Passing the virus doesn't kill someone, it infects them and in 98-99% the person recovers, or in 50% cases doesn't even notice.

I'd throw a party!

Drop your pets off, humans must leave, and howl at the moon all night long.  No people, no problem, right?

https://www.wsj.com/articles/new-data-suggest-the-coronavirus-isnt-as-deadly-as-we-thought-11587155298?mod=hp_opin_pos_1&fbclid=IwAR0Ok-uHUGQBQI8nYRkVQPl-_aC8iVxa-DXZSuis34iS3G3wVfYCAUWkCCg

New Data Suggest the Coronavirus Isn’t as Deadly as We Thought

(Bold mine)

Quote
"The researchers found that the percentage of infections was indeed vastly larger than the roughly 1,000 known positive cases in the county at the time of the study. The preliminary results—the research will now undergo peer review—show that between 2.5% and 4.2% of county residents are estimated to have antibodies against the virus. That translates into 48,000 to 81,000 infections, 50 to 85 times as high as the number of known cases.
That may sound scary, but it’s great news. It suggests that the large majority of people who contract Covid-19 recover without ever knowing they were infected, and that the U.S. infection fatality rate may be more than an order of magnitude lower than authorities had assumed. Based on this seroprevalence data, the authors estimate that in Santa Clara County the true infection fatality rate is somewhere in the range of 0.12% to 0.2%—far closer to seasonal influenza than to the original, case-based estimates."

To add to this, the current mortality rate in Serbia is 2.9% BUT it is based on dead vs. hospitalized, not infected, in which case the number would also dramatically drop down, as mentioned in the article.

1. Well I'm quite happy the cops are out there taking drinking fools off the roads which can kill me...what's the difference taking Covidiots off the streets...which could kill me. I love the initial reaction of state police...maybe that's why everyone in the US carry's a gun.

2. Passing the virus onto someone who is compromised increases the chance of death. If it can be avoided...why be an ass?

3. Sure I can stay away from idiots...but the electric cow prod probably will do the job when an idiot is out of control. Maybe I should carry a gun and just shoot?

1.  Unless they are drunk, those Covidiots won't kill you if you dont get out of the car.  And if they are drunk, there is a legitimate reason already to arrest them.  Pretty simple stuff.

You, and only you, can prevent you from getting the Wu Flu.

2.  Not being an ass, just not coming in close contact with people, especially on photo-shoots.  Like I said, nothing kills a good shoot more then some hobbyist that wants to talk my ear off.  Jeez, I'm charging this guy like 3k, 4K, 5K, you think he wants me talking to you!

3.  You have the right to carry a gun.  Well, dont know if you can in Canada.  Maybe emigrate to the USA!   ;)

The text that was not shown with the graph explained the parameters of the graph.  If the originator thought enough to explain his own graph, that explanation should have been included with the graph when it was posted here.  Other people were confused by the graph as well.  It's bad enough we're all guessing when we don't have the facts.  There's no point to guess about these things when the facts are known but not presented such as your name and place you live.
