The problem with stuff like this is what sticks around? During every crisis, those Napoleons in hiding convince us we need to give up some of our liberties in order to fight the battle with the promise we will get back what ever we gave up. However, this is never the case. There are always some liberties we sacrifice that we do not get back, ever.
In PA you still cant have a privately run liquor store, something that was put in place due to the prohibition craze back in the beginning of the 20th century. Everytime someone tries to admend this, it ends in failure. What about the employees of our state store they cry. Or how about the tax revenue?
How about our state stores suck compared to some neighboring states' liquor stores.
Going this far is just too much, and even if something like this does not become permanent, it just makes it look whatever is being not so bad, because hey, at least they will let us play instruments again.
People are actually getting pulled over and ticketed for just going out for a drive. What are they going to do, spit on passing cars. All this stuff is getting to be nonsensical.
You want a sure fire way to get people to not care anymore about the lockdown, keep on promoting doing things like this.
