The Dems still haven't completed the Iowa Caucuses counting. If they had done it by hand, they could have it done it five times since last night.
 
Meanwhile, Pete Buttigieg's campaign team compiled their own results from the internal unverified data from more than 1,200 precincts and came to a conclusion that they won.
Which is at this time just an unofficial estimate. But if he turns out to be a clear winner, the Dem election team should be fired right then for their incompetency and scandalous handling of last night count.

Well, we still don't have any results, and I was laughing at the idea of him winning the primary.  I still am btw. 

Considering he is from the Heartland (yes, I know, it is a microaggression now) and put all of his money in Iowa, it makes sense, although not something I thought would happen.

Apparently, the software company that made the APP used in the Iowa caucus was called "Shadow".  Most of its key officials worked for the Hillary Clinton campaign in 2016. Truth is stranger than fiction.   And we were worried about the Russians.  Where is Mueller when we really need him?

Speaking about CNN, they just reported the official Iowa results. Buttigieg first with 26.9%, followed by Sanders with 25.1%. Warren 18.3%, Biden 15.6%, Klobuchar's 12.6%.
So, Buttigieg's team was more efficient and one day earlier in supplying the results than the official Dem's team. Sounds like he can get things done.

Going ahead, Biden is effectively out of the race, Mike Bloomberg will step in, and Warren will also fall aside. Warren's supporters will give their votes to Bernie, Biden's and Klobuchar's fans to Pete and Bloomberg, and the few Yang's and Steyer's supporters and undecided will switch also to Pete and Bloomberg.

If Bloomberg will ask Pete Buttigieg to join him as VP, that would be a good ticket to beat the Trump and Make America Great Again.

My brother is a far left winger who is also a Dem consultant, and there are no two other candidates that Bernie Bros hate more then Mayor Pete and Bloomberg.  They absolutely hate them more then Trump.  I hosted thanksgiving this past year and my Brother and I got into a discussion about politics at the end of the night.  He was cordial when talking about Trump, but went off of the rails when Bloomberg came up in conversation.   It literally went from him talking forcefully against Trump to him screaming at the top of his lungs against the possibility of a President Bloomberg, and all I said was that Bloomberg's strategy seemed like a decent idea. 

Add to that the complete disdain that Mayor Pete has for all religious persons who do not prescribe to his orthodoxy (like when he recently, in so many words, told a pro-life Dem there is no room for her anymore in the party), and Bloomberg's desire to completely outlaw guns and his stance that taxing poor people to control their actions is a good thing (he is actually on video saying this), I highly doubt they will be able to unite the Obama coalition and pull it off.   

On top of that, Mayor Pete has no national interest and this whole debacle effectively neutered he ability to take any advantage from it.

Les, I already reported the results last night at 1030pm in another thread even before Buttigieg.  Maybe I should run as I seem to be able to get things done as well.  OK.  My results percentages were slightly different.  But pretty close and I got the order of winners correct.  OK.  I stole them from the NY Times early report before they ran scared and drop their early results.  Where did the Times get their results and why didn't they report it longer?  What was in their devious minds?

So the first voting appears to be in from Iowa Democrats nomination.  I don;t know if this is the final. But Biden didn't do too well.  Buttgieg won. The Democrats must be getting nervous.  Time to impeach Trump again.

I agree Biden's done.  Two reasons.  His incompetence.  Two, Pelosi shot him while aiming at Trump.  Well maybe three.  Americans won't vote for a guy who will be taking naps in the Oval Office. 

AS far as the scenario Les predicted, I'm not sure.  As Joe said, Bloomberg carries a lot of baggage regarding guns.  He'll win the blue states, but that's a given.  That will work against him in all the rural states some of which are key battleground states. 

Curious, Joe, what sets off your brother about Nanny Bloomberg and Mayor Pete?

In any case, I see why the Dems are worried.  You can't run against someone with no one.
