It's the Saint-Carolus Borromeus church in Antwerp, Belgium. Designed by Peter Paul Rubens, stuffed with Rubens finest ceiling and wall frescos,  paintings, etc.
It is a popular place to get married, and also for funerals, baptism, etc....
