Ivo, what exactly are you trying to say with these images? They look quite ordinary and uninteresting to me. You say, these represent back to "contemporary photography." What do you mean?

Yes, they look ordinary because the subject is ordinary.
It is part of our normal habitat. I try to find the reason why we do this ugliness to ourselves.
Is it urban complacency, or lack of money, or de focused government?
In ‘the west’ we still believe we are world leading, what a joke. We are a fat and lazy society. It reflects in this kind of urban contraptions.
I think men can see the level of society degradation in the suburbs of residential areas.
I’m not looking for beautiful photos, I want to photograph reality, yet on a respectful and visual disciplined manner.
Eggleston and Gruyaert are examples for me, yet, I use the style to tell something different.
I really appreciate you ask why, instead of nuking it down straight away.
