Classic CC Windows and Epson P800
« on: December 22, 2018, 10:52:57 pm »

Still can't define custom paper size.  As soon as i leave the "user defined" window the saved paper size disappears and is replaced by a standard size in the properties window.  All software is up to date.  the last time i could define a custom size was before CC, but maybe earlier.

After you entered the new paper size in the length and width boxes did you save those dimensions as a new paper size preset? If you don't do this, it will disappear.

You might try going into printer properties and defining _and_ saving a custom page size there. Then try selecting that size to use while printing.
