According to Canon USA, they're full 80 ml cartridges. That's a great deal - the PF-10 print head it uses sells at B&H for $675 alone (it can be somewhat cheaper other places). Amusingly, it's the same print head found in the Pro-2000, 4000, 6000 series... If you had one of the big printers that needed a head, the way to get it would be to buy a Pro-1000, put the head in your big printer, then sell the ink to someone who had a Pro-1000 (unless you had one yourself - I'm some sure people have both a Pro-1000 and one of its big brothers, because the 1000 feeds small sheets better). The problem is that it leaves you with an 80 lb printer...
