I just downloaded them and put them into photoshop... No forum mastery involved

That's more work than I thought. But it definitely looks better than three images underneath each other.
Also it's more environmentally friendly, since it saves some screen real estate and bandwidth.

If you don’t want to fire up PS (it takes time to start), I often display all three next to each other (e.g., using Preview on Mac) then take a screenshot.

I'm using Windows computer, so instead of Preview I downloaded (supposedly equivalent) program SEER, but it worked only for one image. Couldn't display three images in a row.

If you use Windows, I suggest to use the snapshot tool of One note (if installed, One note is a fantastic program with sadly no real equivalent on Mac). (Windows key+S) Works fine.

I tried to download One Note which in turn caused a download of MS Office and that process created unforeseen problems. I'm still trying to clean up the mess.
After all attempts, using Snipping Tool in combination with PS seems quite straightforward.

Well, yes. Although it may point to an entirely new and radically innovative instagram killer concept: a photochain platform where images are published side-to-side instead of top-to-bottom!?

I have put both LR and PS in my auto-start folder. Then when I turn the system on in the morning and go make a coffee, they are up and running when I get back.

For screenshots on windows 10, the built-in Snipping Tool is the best/easiest way to do it with nothing extra to install. If you click on the start menu and start typing snip it should appear in the list. I made a shortcut on my taskbar because I use it a lot with my software job and it's nice to have handy.

Just as an FYI, I have been using a screen capture program called SnagIt for many years. Not free but very powerful and flexible. PC and Mac.
