Wow.  That's pretty.

Thanks, the collision of fall and winter around here is always very scenic. Probably the best photo season when it happens!

More horses. With cowboys and a calf that isn't all that into being branded. (from a shoot for Cinch Jeans western wear last year)

These cows with their curious stance were feeling left out, so here they are.

Belgian national dish.

Lol, that dish wouldn't have gone down at all well in Pushkar, India, where my image was shot.

The lettuce and fries is 50% of the dish.

(35% is the meat. The last 15% is the obligatory spoon of mayonnaise which I didn’t add for the pictures)

In Pushkar meat and alcohol are off the menu but vegetables and weed abound.

Belgian national dish.

Whatever happened to "Patat met in bier gestoofde carbonnades"?

Yours seems a bit up-market for a national dish...

You are Dutchman, aren’t you?

We have more national dishes, some will refer to Brussels sprouts, some to chicory with bacon and cheese sauce, ‘stoofvlees met friet’ is a good candidate as well. (Patat is Dutch, not Flemish)
Probably the most quoted national dish is Mussels with Fries, but I don’t agree, Mussels is Dutch.
It is a regional thing.

Nice; dare I say that another, more 6x6 shot awaits within?

Thank goodness we aren't in WP!
