Oct 20. And so the leaves toss and turn and eventually weave their way down the stream...

I have to reconsider my walks. Maybe once or twice a week now. It's like what John Lennon said, "life is what happens to you when you are busy making other plans." I'm sure he was not the first to make that observation. I may even start going downtown instead of to the parks. We shall see. Thanks for your consideration!

Love the bottom one. Maybe slightly cut off the bottom bark to emphasize that impressionistic painterly quality and Van Gogh style flow.

Thanks for the comments, Arlen and Oscar. It has been so sunny - beautiful for walks and hikes, but not always conducive to wildflower and tree photography. But I try anyway. First reminds me of leopard's skin.

Thanks Eric. Spring has finally sprung. Though it is one of the coldest in quite a while.

Four more from yesterday. The cherry blossoms were out, but it was very windy and cool.

Oh you mean Monet's photo and repairs. Got it, I know where it is. But Russ, some are simple bokeh rich images and I put them there just for you.

You have a serious problem with the second in this group. Those blossoms are actually sharp!
Maybe that's what Russ was bothered by.   :D
