To access the Help system, you need to be on the main site. The Forum, which uses different software does not have a floating Help button.

Thought I was the only one with this problem. Obviously not the case. After canceling my subscription 5 years ago because of difficulties logging in, I tried again because I have heard good things about changes in the website. Once again, I have become thoroughly frustrated. Updated my credit card 10 times, but keep getting error messages after getting messages that I have successfully updated my account. I don’t understand how they have any subscribers.
