The Noblex is an excellent camera. Seitz Roundshot is another sophisticated option - 360 degrees. I assume you are talking about medium-fomat cameras.
With an rotating lens/camera type, maxmimum shutter speed is an issue for interiors. Both those manufacturers have models that can take relatively long exposures. I believe the Noblex uses an attachment. I also believe that both have a shift for perpective control. But this type of cameras do not distort the view and so when a flat print is made, it looks strange. Not a contradiction, but a problem of presenting a circular field on a flat plane. There is a cheap Chinese version of the Noblex called the Wide Pan and a 35mm Russian camera called the Horizon.
Flat film cameras like the Fuji and Linholf 6x17s keep lines straight and so look natural, but they are limited to a maximum angle of view of about 90 - 110 degrees and center filters are required to keep illumination at the film plane even - long exposures are easy though. Fotoman sells cheap 6x12 and 6x17 cameras.
