I like it, and get the feeling of movement in both horizontal (left to right) and vertical (bottom to top) directions. Maybe that can induce vertigo in some?

The relationship between the high contrast sharp figures and the soft noisy background is tenuous.
You might be better off substituting a different water or even sky shot for the background.
