This is a nice geared head if anyone is looking.  If someone is looking to purchase and wants to convert the plate to Arca Swiss I have a plate that I will sell.  I had a 405 and recently switched to a cube.  I had purchased the plate adapter from Hejnar for this and it changes the quick release to Arca.
