I have also just gone through the - I won't call it "ordeal" - let's say "experience" with Piezography!
As you say, the folks there are very helpful, but they could save themselves, and their customers, a lot of time by organising their resources and information in a bit more "user friendly". Having said that, I see there have been some improvements made to the website recently.
Still, it is, as you say, worth it. The print tool is really good, an extra expense which I only discovered towards the end of the process, but well worth the money.
I only received two syringes and used one to do all the inks! The yellow lingered a bit longer with me but now seems to be ok.
