Thanks, it's a very popular spot in the State, but I still love to get there.

Bernard,

It's good to see you back in the mountains. This an excellent shot.

Cheers,

Thanks Eric, much appreciated.

Going up the 4,200 feet vertical with the Hasselblad with my very fit walking companion was a bit tough, but we were rewarded by very nice conditions at the top and a great atmosphere in the hut. ;)

A few more (the first 2 are pano stitches):

Lots of beautiful photos here. Ouch! I am still in St. Louis. However - Paul2660 reminds me that I have lovely sites in Southern MO as well.

H6D-100c

One of my favorite restaurants in Kyoto, the wonderful Bistro Grelot in Gion, nearby Taisho-in. This French restaurant ran by 2 Japanese chefs is simply incredibly good and a truly amazing value. You'd have to pay 2-3 times as much to get something of the same quality in Paris or Brussels.

Cheers,
Bernard

I was staying here in Taos, NM working last week and couldn't resist this sign shot while wandering around one evening.
