I just finished watching the Tanzania segment of the newest VJ - how envious I am.
Michael, your comment regarding the Masai boma was certainly apt from what I have heard from my friend who travels in the area twice yearly. He recently returned from an area very much more rural than the Serengeti and his photos of the locals were just as flash, but very much poorer.
