Today morning near the mountain Hvítserkur on the route to Loðmundarfjörður in Iceland.  More here.

Those packs look heavy for a few night camp.  Two guys and a gal.  Hmmm.  Oh, never mind.  Nice picture.

It looks like the Adobe Hiking Club outing. Or maybe the Prophoto Hiking Club.   :D

If it wasn't florescent green I'd say this is a solid advertisement for someone...

One of those someones makes a program where the green in question can be changed to the preferred hue and saturation.  8)

Wow digital hikers!
I just saw the location on the map... a very remote! and silent place!... even for Iceland...
Aren't you in the neighbourhood of some village in a deep fjord known for its Sun Coffee...?  were they celebrate the only moment of the day they see the sun...
cheers... PK
The weather looks good!

Yes, this is a fairly remote track.

The Sun Coffee (Sólarkaffi) tradition is most associated with Ísafjörður in the Westfjords although other fjords celebrate it, too.  See -
