I would try to get rid of the people and smooth the water out with time lapse.  But I do sort of like what the people in the lower right add to the photo.  Difficult to say without seeing them side by side.

Mr. Maddog,
Thanks for your suggestions. Interesting view. I myself thought it kind of amusing that in a Greek Temple (or copy thereof) there's some kind of a catered affair going on. People sitting at tables with white table cloths in the sticky LA afternoon.
Curious to know what you think of the fotos Quattro performance ?
Thanks for seeing.

Yeah I suppose the people do add to it the more I look into it.  The shadow on the lion, and the trees behind the structure lack detail.  Otherwise it's sharp, and crisp throughout.  This is comparable to my Fuji X-T1 I think, so it looks great!  Especially for what's essentially a point and shoot...  I'm wondering how well it renders color now.  Also how well it would manage IS on the go, since most people aren't plugging their pocket cameras on tripods.  Honestly, my first impression is if you had told me it was a DSLR I would have believed you.
