I really like it thanks to the deep greens and the texture of the fence and the path leading off.
The darkness at the bottom of the frame is a little much - maybe a distraction ?

I actually like the darker area in the bottom (or should I say shaded area?), it frames the rest of the scene very nicely. Well done.

I agree with Paulo - the dark area isn't blocked up and pushes you into the light. I would leave it as is.
