Awesome shot. The bear looks a bit like a metallic Terminator though. You may want to adjust the processing a bit.

The action is fantastic but I have to agree with the previous comment about the bear's appearance. You should try to increase the contrast either locally on the bear or globally. This image is really worth investing a bit more time in post-precessing.
